For the past decade, he has dedicated his efforts to providing accessibility services in the public right-of-way, guiding state and local agencies—including TxDOT and other DOTs—through the development and implementation of ADA Transition Plans. His expertise encompasses the full scope of accessibility planning, from barrier identification and policy evaluation to prioritization and construction scheduling, ensuring public agency compliance. Mike is highly skilled in interpreting ADA standards, PROWAG, and MUTCD requirements as they relate to design and construction practices.
