Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 30 years of experience in civil engineering, specializing in public sector roadway and site development. For the past decade, he has focused exclusively on accessibility in the public right-of-way, guiding state and local agencies—including TxDOT and other DOTs—through the development and implementation of ADA Transition Plans. His expertise spans the full scope of accessibility planning, from barrier identification and policy evaluation to prioritization and construction scheduling. Mike is highly skilled in interpreting ADA standards, PROWAG, and MUTCD requirements as they relate to design and construction practices.
